Old School, New Body Review – Can You Get in Perfect Shape with It?

It’s difficult to find time to go to the gym when you have so many things, from taking the kids to school to finishing that important report, on your hands. At the same time, it’s unbearable to see what stress, lack of exercise and unhealthy eating have done on your body. I searched for a solution online and found Old School, New Body. The system appealed to me and I decided to use it. Now I’m ready to share my Old School, New Body review.

The Basics

This is a system designed to help you lose weight and get in shape. It consists of both diet and exercises with the focus being on working out. Since I want to be completely honest in my Old School, New Body review, I’ll tell you that I chose this system because it is designed primarily for people over 35 and let’s face it when you are older, you find it more difficult to slim down. Still, it’s suitable for everyone – unlike The Venus Factor, which is especially for women, this system is for both male and female weight “losers” and fitness enthusiasts.

The Author

The people behind this system are Steve Holman, the chief editor of Iron Man Magazine, and his wife Becky. They have experienced fitness experts who know what it is like to keep your body in good shape well after your 20s. The system’s handbook is very well-written and the authors deserve major credit for this too.

The System

The F4X method, also known as The Focus4 Exercise Protocol, is in the center of the system. This exercise method is designed to help you work out intensively for a shorter period of time to get the best possible results. The system consists of three phases and you get to decide whether to go past the first one. I personally completed all three and I want to point this out in my Old School, New Body review.

F4X Lean is the first phase. It consists of variations of the F4X which ensure that you will work out your muscles intensively every time for the most effective results. There is a meal plan which I found to be of great help too. F4X Shape is the second phase, which is designed to give you toned muscles with tweaks in the original exercise and diet. The third phase is F4X Build and is for building muscle. Even though I’m a woman, I wanted washboard ABS and I completed it too. Results and Safety

I got the figure which I wanted with this diet and exercise system and I want to highlight this in my Old School, New Body review. I achieved my target weight and have the toned body which I’ve always dreamed of.
For me, the system is completely safe. You don’t have to go to extremes and the risk of injury is minimized. Still, if you have any medical problems and especially mobility issues, you may want to discuss using the F4X method with your doctor first just in case.

Notable Downsides?

When the authors say that their methods are “old school”, they mean it. You have to work hard to get the slimming and fitness results that you want. Still, in my Old School, New Body review, I want to point out that the exercise sessions are short and you can work out at home without having to invest in expensive equipment.

The Price

The regular price of the system is $50, but right now it is available at a discount and costs $20 in total. In addition to the handbook for it, you will receive 5 free gifts – Quick Start Workout Guide, and Ultimate Fat-Burning Secrets, Ultimate Muscle-Building Secrets, Ultimate Anti-aging and Sex Secrets and Ultimate Happiness Secrets e-books.
